Veganism is not eating animal foods as far as possible. It’s not about caring for the welfare of animals or other things even if this is a good thing too.

That animal rights activists like Leslie Cross took over the vegan movement is the main reason that veganism newer became mainstream. If all animal life’s are sacred we could not use pest control, and we all would need to become hippies..
