Vent on a cooking course at Asia Scenic cooking Chiang Mai. 800thb for half a day, and they made alle the dishes vegan for me 😄(replaced meat with tofu, and oistersauce with mussroum sauce). Mai Kadees cooking skool is maybe less crowded if you need more time with instructor, and more hands on, but also more expensive.
