Pad Thai, #vegan of course, made from #maykaidee ’s recepie, but with #nooil Basically just fried (with water) some tomato, onion, carrots, and garlic in a pan, added presoaked noodles, some sugar and casew nuts (was supposed to add peanuts, but didn’t have that).
