Went on a cooking class at Vegan Heaven in Chiang Mai. All vegan Thai foods 🌱😀. Was pretty good, very hands on. Also helps when you are only two students so you have the full attention of the teacher. Would recommend it. Also the cooking classes at Mai Kaidee here in Chiang Mai is pretty good (also vegan/vegetarian). Some of the food you make is quite oily, but you can modify this when you get home.
